if you cannot agree to the terms of use, refrain from using any of the voicebanks.

夜中entropy is not responsible for any damage caused by usage of their voicebanks.
by using the characters and/or voicebanks, you hereby agree to the terms of service.

these rules apply to derivative characters as well.

redistribution of voicebanks is prohibited.

reuploading official artwork is prohibited. (this excludes usage in transformative work such as covers.)

please do not make excessive or malicious alterations to files found within the voicebanks.

redistribution of any oto.ini files is prohibited.

excessive editing, tracing, and otherwise modification of official art is prohibited.

it is prohibited to claim you made any official art.

copying official illustrations is prohibited.

R-18/sexual/erotic works based on 夜中entropy characters require permission. Characters under the age of 18 in such contexts are prohibited.

usage of official art to produce merchandise is prohibited.

voicebank usage for covers, original songs, commentary, and such is permitted.

commercial use of voicebanks is permitted, including monetization on YouTube or commissioned work.

modification of any oto.ini files for personal use is permitted.

if you draw a 夜中entropy character, you are free to upload the image or use it as an icon.

violent content is permitted to an acceptable degree.

BL/GL/NL is permitted.

headcanons are permitted.

genderbending is permitted, as long as it is made as a derivative character. (eg. Hatsune Miku → Hatsune Mikuo)

fan-works such as fanart, fanfiction, and cosplay are permitted and encouraged.
